Authorizes the City of Saraland municipal magistrate or judge to assess a $100 warrant recall fee for recalling failure to appear warrants arising from municipal ordinance violations.

Warrant recall fee must be paid by the defendant at the time the warrant is recalled and is optional at the sole discretion of the municipal judge or magistrate.

All warrant recall fees received by the City of Saraland Municipal Court shall be deposited into the City of Saraland Corrections Fund and allocated according to Alabama Code Section 11-47-7.1.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
