HB443 Summary

• Airport authorities established by any Class 3 municipality organized under Act 618, 1973 Regular Session shall have two additional members appointed by the county commission of the county where the municipality is located.

• Members appointed by the county commission shall serve for terms consistent with the terms of other members of the airport authority.

• All conflicting laws or parts of laws are repealed.

• The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval, or upon otherwise becoming law.
