Allows the municipal magistrate or judge of Silverhill in Baldwin County to assess a $100 warrant recall fee to defendants seeking to recall a failure to appear warrant for municipal ordinance violations.

The warrant recall fee must be paid by the defendant at the time the warrant is recalled.

Warrant recall is discretionary and not mandatory; the municipal judge or magistrate retains sole discretion to issue recall orders.

All warrant recall fees collected by Silverhill Municipal Court shall be deposited into the Town of Silverhill Corrections Fund and allocated according to Code of Alabama 1975 Section 11-47-7.1(a).

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
