Russell County Revenue Commissioner receives an additional $10,000 per annum expense allowance effective the first day of the month following the bill's effective date.

Expense allowance is paid from the same funds and in the same manner as the commissioner's salary, with the same retirement contribution percentages deducted and paid into the ad valorem tax officials retirement program.

Upon expiration of the incumbent revenue commissioner's term, the annual salary increases by $10,000 per annum and the temporary expense allowance provision becomes null and void.

Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval.
