Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate boundary lines of the municipality of Woodland in Randolph County by annexing approximately 960 acres of additional territory.

Annexes six parcels of land located across six sections in Township 19 South, Range 12 East, comprising approximately 80, 120, 200, 200, 120, and 240 acres respectively.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Randolph County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
