Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate boundary lines of the City of Springville in St. Clair County, Alabama to include additional territory in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 15 South, Range 1 East.

The annexed territory is bounded by specific survey measurements including the Interstate 59 right of way line, Simmons' Mountain Road, and various directional bearings and distances totaling approximately 580.68 feet along I-59 and 305.63 feet along Simmons' Mountain Road.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in St. Clair County and is open for public inspection under Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or upon its otherwise becoming law.
