Mourns the death of Mrs. Dorothy Bettis Calhoun, who died on February 8, 2013, at age 69.

Recognizes her life and legacy as a valued community member and devoted family person with five children, sixteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Acknowledges the loss to her surviving family members including three sons, two daughters, seven brothers, one sister, and extended relatives.

Directs the Alabama Legislature to offer a certificate in highest tribute to her legacy and express heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends.

Adopted by the House on April 2, 2013, and by the Senate on April 18, 2013.
