Designates February 25 as "Stand Strong Day" in Alabama to promote anti-bullying awareness and unite communities toward making Alabama a bully-free state.

Recognizes that nine out of ten students in grades 4-8 report being bullied at least once, identifying bullying as a national problem in schools and communities.

Commends the University of Alabama Bateman Team for creating the "I Can" campaign to support the Tuscaloosa City Schools' Harassment Awareness Learning Together (HALT) anti-bullying program.

Acknowledges the UA Bateman Team's involvement in leading middle school students through positive team-building activities throughout February.

Recommends annual repetition of anti-bullying awareness events to encourage statewide sustainability of bullying prevention efforts.
