Mourns the death of Mr. Joe L. Stanley, Jr., of Mobile, Alabama, who died on February 13, 2013, at age 79.

Recognizes Mr. Stanley as a native and lifelong resident of Mobile who was predeceased by his father, mother, two sisters, and a niece.

Honors his surviving family members: wife Stefanie Stanley; four children (Jada Escarpate, Jason Stanley, Tchinvia Stanley, and Marquis Hubbard); four sisters; six grandchildren; nine nephews; and six nieces.

Acknowledges Mr. Stanley as a valued community member whose legacy will endure in the hearts of those who knew him.

Directs the Alabama Legislature to record his death with deep sadness and extends heartfelt sympathy to his family.
