Recognizes Officer Chad Wynne of the Mobile Police Department as a nominee for the 2013 Alabama Legislative Medal of Honor for Law Enforcement.

On March 2, 2012, Officer Wynne responded to a commercial robbery alarm at Winn Dixie while off-duty and led a team of officers into the building.

Sustained a gunshot wound to his chest during the response but continued to engage the suspect while wounded and evacuated the building under his own power.

Directs that Officer Wynne receive a copy of the resolution as evidence of the legislature's admiration and esteem for his extraordinary courage in the line of duty.

Adopted by the House on April 11, 2013 and by the Senate on April 18, 2013.
