Congratulates Brantley High School Girls Basketball Team on winning the 2013 Class 1A State Championship of the Alabama High School Athletic Association.

Team won the school's first Girls State Championship with a 53-42 victory over Keith High School on March 1, 2013, in Birmingham.

Recognizes Head Coach Andrew Kilcrease and Assistant Coach Johnny Young, and names 13 team members including Amahni Upshaw (tournament MVP), Raven Davis, and Erica Daniels (All-Tournament Team).

Lady Bulldogs finished the season with a 25-6 record.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to the school for display.
