Amends Act 2012-123, HJR83 to rename a portion of Alabama Highway 27 in Geneva southbound to the Florida state boundary line as the Sheriff L. D. "Red" Sizemore of Geneva County Memorial Highway.

Honors the service and dedication of the late Sheriff L. D. "Red" Sizemore, recognizing his commitment to the service and protection of the community in Geneva County.

Requires highway signage to display the Great Seal of the State of Alabama and the sheriff's memorial highway name.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Sheriff Sizemore's immediate family in recognition of his service to his country, state, and Geneva County.
