Expresses legislative support for the Alabama Employment First Initiative to promote competitive employment of individuals with disabilities in integrated community settings.

Defines "competitive employment" as full-time or part-time work in an integrated setting where individuals with disabilities earn at or above minimum wage and receive customary benefits equivalent to non-disabled workers performing similar jobs.

Defines "integrated setting" as community-based employment where individuals with disabilities interact with non-disabled coworkers, except those providing direct services.

Encourages all state agencies to adopt the initiative, coordinate efforts to achieve integrated employment for individuals with disabilities, and share data and information to track progress.

Designates the Alabama Department of Mental Health as the lead agency for coordinating the initiative if its policies are adopted.
