Recognizes Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated on the 14th observance of AKA Day at the Capitol on February 21, 2013.

Commends the sorority's mission of "Service to All Mankind" and its more than a century of leadership and positive change, particularly in the African-American community.

Acknowledges the 2010-2014 administration's theme of "Global Leadership Through Timeless Service" and the C.A.R.E.S. Program.

Welcomes the sorority's leaders and members to the Capitol and directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Attorney Carolyn House Stewart (International President), Adrienne P.K. Washington (Southeastern Regional Director), and Attorney Leyser Hayes (International Chair of the Connection Committee).

Adopted by the House on February 19, 2013 and the Senate on February 19, 2013.
