Mourns the death of Mr. Harvey Robbins, who died on January 30, 2013, at age 80.

Recognizes Robbins as a successful industrialist who cofounded National Floor Products Company in 1957 with his father and built it into a world leader in flooring products before selling in 1994.

Honors his extensive contributions to Tuscumbia, Alabama, including millions of dollars invested in property development, renovation of Spring Park, provision of land for two Robert Jones Golf Courses, downtown revitalization, and restoration of the Palace Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop and Tuscumbia Depot.

Notes his media recognition through national publications and NBC's Today Show for his community development efforts.

Acknowledges his service on local boards including the University of North Alabama Board of Trustees and survived by his wife Joyce Ann McKinney (married 1952), three children, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
