Mourns the death of Mr. Ronald Arnold Pitts of Guntown, Mississippi, formerly of Sulligent, Alabama, who died on January 16, 2013, at age 89.

Honors his service in World War II as a member of the United States Navy and his career as a self-employed carpenter.

Recognizes his survivors including three daughters (Maxine Miller, Rebecca Reid, and Mary Ann Alley), eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

Expresses the House of Representatives' gratitude for his abundant life and offers the resolution as tribute to his legacy and in sympathy to his family and friends.
