Commends the 2012-2014 participants of the Agricultural Leaders for Alabama (A.L.F.A.) Leadership Program for their dedication to agricultural stewardship and professional development.

A.L.F.A. Program assists Farmers Federation members between ages 25 to 45 with training in agricultural policy, industry leadership, and organizational involvement.

Recognizes 16 named participants from various Alabama counties: Justin Barrett, Jeremy Brown, Grant Buck, Zachary Burns, Hope Cassebaum, Allie Corcoran, Nick Gibbs, Lee Haynes, Garrett Henry, Shawn Keel, Eric Lovvorn, Clint McElmoyl, Jay Stewart, Abby Stewart, Josh Turner, and Colin Wilson.

Acknowledges Class Coordinator Rick Oates for providing expert guidance and leadership to the program.

Honors the participants' commitment to strengthening agriculture in Alabama and benefiting the state's residents and economy.
