Recognizes Martin's founding of NSA, LLC in 1970 and his service as President and CEO, which has accumulated nearly $10 billion in sales by combining health/wellness and virtual franchise market model industries.

Acknowledges NSA, LLC's charitable contributions including donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis, Church Health Center, and Volunteers of America, with the Juice Plus+ Children's Health Study affecting over 500,000 children worldwide.

Notes that Juice Plus+ products have 29 clinical studies supporting their nutritional benefits and that distributors in 23 countries and all U.S. states have used income from the business to maintain their homes and finances.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be provided to Jay Martin with best wishes for future endeavors.
