Honors Chief Warrant Officer 4 (Retired) Robert Neill Cooper and Ditte Magrethe Hansen Cooper on their 50th wedding anniversary on April 20, 2013.

Recognizes the couple's residence in Alabama since 1976 and their contributions to the Enterprise area while raising two sons in the Enterprise School System.

Commends Mrs. Cooper's work as a Water Safety Instructor at the Enterprise Recreation Center and her programs serving children with disabilities.

Acknowledges Mr. Cooper's service as a decorated Vietnam veteran and his volunteer work with Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, Military Officers Association of America, and Army Aviation Association of America.

Celebrates their family, which includes two sons (Robert M. Cooper and Lieutenant Colonel David E. Cooper) and three grandchildren, and extends best wishes for continued health and happiness.
