Commends the Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs for its 118 years of dedicated service to communities throughout the state.

Recognizes the organization's 118th Annual Convention held at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama on April 12-14, 2013, with General Federation of Women's Clubs Alabama President Roberta Atkinson presiding.

Acknowledges convention activities including patriotic luncheon with keynote speaker Dr. Barry Booth, breast cancer awareness fashion show, Juniorette awards, and Domestic Violence Banquet with Alabama Supreme Court Associate Justice Lyn Stuart as keynote speaker.

Notes the convention includes 54 clubs and more than 1,500 clubwomen receiving awards in Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International Outreach, and Public Issues Community Service Programs.

Honors the organization's theme: "Together we can make a difference -- in our communities, our country, our world."
