Commends Teddy R. Brasher of Chelsea, Alabama for exemplary service on the Shelby County Law Enforcement Personnel Board.

Recognizes Mr. Brasher as one of two members appointed by the Shelby County Legislative Delegation, serving as the Board's first Chairman until 2008 and continuing as an active member.

Notes the "Teddy Brasher SCLEPB Office" in the Community Services Building is dedicated to him in recognition of his service.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be provided for appropriate presentation and display as evidence of the esteem in which he is held and in appreciation of his years of service to the Board.
