Expresses support for commercial and residential redevelopment of four Birmingham communities: North Birmingham, Fairmont, Harriman Park, and Collegeville that have been designated as Superfund sites by the EPA due to hazardous waste contamination.

Encourages all state agencies and entities to participate and facilitate appropriate redevelopment projects in these communities to improve the economy and quality of life for residents.

Identifies the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs, Alabama Department of Commerce, Retirement Systems of Alabama, and Home Builders Association of Alabama as key entities positioned to contribute to community revitalization.

Requires copies of the resolution be distributed to all state agencies and entities named in the resolution.
