Establishes a Consent Calendar for consideration on the 26th legislative day of the 2013 session, with bills to be considered in the order listed if not reached on that day.

Members have until adjournment on the 25th legislative day to file an objection to any bill included on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to subsequent days.

Includes HB139 (modifying municipality council meeting procedures for lack of quorum under Section 11-43-50) and HB459 (removing annual fees for labor organizations under Section 25-7-5).
