Recognizes Mr. White's service as a Gunner's Mate in the United States Navy aboard the USS Dakota during World War II.

Acknowledges his military family heritage, including his great-grandfather James W. White who served as a Private in Company I, 50th Regiment Georgia Infantry during the War Between the States.
