Commends the C-7A Caribou Association for dedicating a memorial bench at Gunter Annex of Maxwell Air Force Base honoring enlisted personnel who served in Vietnam.

Memorial bench is located at the Air Force Enlisted Heritage Hall and features names of enlisted personnel who died in Vietnam on one panel and officers who died on the opposite panel.

Ceremony scheduled for June 21, 2013, will recognize 39 fallen service members and honor all C-7A enlisted personnel who served in Vietnam.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to the C-7A Caribou Association as evidence of Alabama's esteem and gratitude.
