Recognizes Chase Leavitt, son of Utah Governor Mike Leavitt, as an "Honorary Alabamian" for his devotion to family, athletic achievements, and professional accomplishments.

Leavitt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Southern Utah University where he served as Captain of the Rugby Team and a Master's Degree in Health Care Management from Western Governors University.

Competed as a standout wide receiver and free safety for East High School Football Team in Salt Lake City and won a Gold Medal in Boxing at the 2007 Utah Summer Games.

Currently works as a Senior Analyst at Leavitt Partners and previously completed internships with the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Promotion and the Utah Southwest Public Health Department.

Conveys upon Leavitt the title of "Honorary Alabamian" with all privileges inherent in this designation.
