Acknowledges the 2010-2014 administration's theme of "Global Leadership Through Timeless Service" and the C.A.R.E.S. Program (Collaboration, Advocation, Registration, Education and Stimulation)

Notes a special musical tribute to Paul Robeson will be performed at First Baptist Church in Montgomery by KB Solomon and Ray Reach during Black History Month

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Attorney Carolyn House Stewart (International President), Adrienne P.K. Washington (Southeastern Regional Director), and Attorney Leyser Hayes (International Chair of the Connection Committee)
