Recognizes and commends the City of Millbrook and Mayor Al Kelley, serving his fifth consecutive term, for constructing a new police and municipal court building.

Acknowledges completion of a two-year project to finance, design, and construct an 18,000-square-foot facility housing the Millbrook Police Department, Municipal Court Department, and City Council Chambers.

The new facility located at 3900 Grandview Road was successfully completed in April 2013.

Congratulates all contributors to the project for their role in creating facilities that will positively influence public safety, city governance, and court proceedings for the community.
