Mourns the death of Mr. Alvin Conrad Sella of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who died on April 13, 2013, at age 93.

Recognizes Sella's accomplishments as an internationally acclaimed artist and art educator who studied at Yale School of Fine Arts, Columbia University, and Syracuse University, and taught at the University of Alabama from 1960 to 2010.

Notes his career achievements including one-man gallery shows in New York City and Mexico City, the Arts Council of Tuscaloosa Druid Arts Award, and the Governor's Arts Award from the Alabama State Council on the Arts.

Identifies survivors as three sons (David Anthony, Alvin Michael, and Nicholas Eugene Sella) and two grandchildren (Nicholas Eugene Sella, Jr. and Anna Kathryn Sella).
