Commends Erin Wiggins for receiving the 2013 State Trail Worker Award for Alabama, recognizing her outstanding contributions to trail planning, development, and maintenance.

Recognizes Wiggins as Community Planning and Development Manager for the Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority (PARA) since 1999.

Credits Wiggins with involvement in multiple recreational trail projects since June 2010, including the Queen City National Recreation Trail, Faucett Brothers Park Multi-Use Trail, PARA Trail Equipment Bank, and Sokol Park Pump Track.

Acknowledges Wiggins's support for the National Recreation Trails Program, her role in planning Alabama's 2013-2018 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP), and her involvement in tornado recovery efforts following the April 27, 2011 disaster.

The House of Representatives honors and commends Wiggins for her hard work and stewardship with this resolution expressing deepest admiration and appreciation.
