Commends James Samuel Fynn Culver on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes Culver as a member of Troop 4, Central Alabama Council, scheduled to receive his Eagle Scout award at a Court of Honor ceremony on March 3, 2013, at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church.

Notes that Culver's Eagle Project involved building a shelving storage unit at Mitchell's Place, a school for early intervention for children with autism.

Acknowledges Culver's outstanding academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities, and community volunteering in addition to his Scouting accomplishments.

Directs that Culver receive a copy of this resolution in recognition of his exemplification of Scouting's values including self-discipline, self-reliance, good citizenship, and devotion to duty.
