Continues sunset review of the Board of Nursing until October 1, 2017 (HB58).

Continues sunset review of the Veterinary Medical Examiners, Home Builders Licensure Board, and Board of Optometry until October 1, 2017, with modification to HB61 deleting high school graduation requirement for optometry licensure (HB59, HB60, HB61).

Continues sunset review of multiple professional licensing boards and commissions through October 1, 2014 or October 1, 2017, including the Public Service Commission, Athletic Commission, and Podiatry Board (HB62, HB69, HB70, and others).

Includes modifications to HB68 allowing the Board of Athletic Trainers to set reduced renewal fees, HB75 deleting ASME QEI certification requirements for elevator inspectors, and HB81 modifying instructional credit hours for cosmetology licensure.
