Recognizes her employment at Wilsonville Elementary School beginning in 1979 as principal and prior teaching at CMS from 1974 to 1979.

Notes her service on the Wilsonville Town Council from 1996 to 2004 and as Mayor of Wilsonville from 2004 to 2012.

Acknowledges her education including graduation from Shelby County High School in 1971 and University of Montevallo in 1974 with a Master's Degree and AA Certification completed in 1979.

Presents the resolution to honor and commend Mrs. Liveoak in deepest admiration and appreciation for her tireless dedication and exceptional abilities.
