• Applies exclusively to the City of Anniston, Alabama and is titled the Anniston Ecotourism Beverage Bill.

• Authorizes licensed clubs and retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption each day of the week, subject to approval by a majority vote of the city governing body.

• Authorizes licensed clubs and retail licensees to sell alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption each day of the week, subject to approval by a majority vote of the city governing body.

• Allows the city governing body to regulate (but not prohibit) both on-premises and off-premises alcoholic beverage sales each day of the week through resolution or ordinance passed by simple majority.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
