Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Alabama Senate members to a maximum of three consecutive full terms and House of Representatives members to a maximum of three consecutive full terms.

An election to either chamber lasting at least two years counts as equivalent to one full term for purposes of calculating term limits.

Service in the Senate or House of Representatives prior to November 2014 does not count toward the three-term limit for service in that chamber following that date.

The amendment requires approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election conducted under Alabama's constitutional procedures for constitutional amendments.

Election officials must assign a ballot number and include specific ballot language describing the term limits amendment with yes/no voting options.
