• Collecting authorities deduct 3% for administrative costs, then remit the net contributions to the association treasurer by the 10th day of each following month.
• Annual ad valorem tax statement forms beginning in the 2014 tax year must include a designated check box allowing taxpayers to designate $3 or more for the rescue squads association.
