Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2012 Regular Session and 2012 First Special Session as contained in the 2012 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-10, 12, 12A, 13A-19A, and 21-22A, and 2012 Replacement Volumes 11, 11A, 13, and 20.

Adopts 2012 Volume 22G (Local Laws Etowah - Geneva Counties) and 2012 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, and 22F containing local laws pertaining to various counties enacted during 2012 sessions.

Restores subdivision (3) of Section 34-17-21 in the 2012 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 18 regarding citizenship or legal presence requirements for landscape architect licensing applicants.

Declares this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and confirms West Group certified performance of its editing and publishing duties with only nonsubstantive changes made.

Requires the Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of the authenticated supplement and replacement volumes in that office, which shall not be removed but may be certified upon request for a fee; Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval.
