Amends Section 12-2-19 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to eliminate the requirement that Supreme Court rules of practice and procedure be published in the Acts of Alabama.

Supreme Court rules will continue to be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court and published in the official report of court decisions.

The Secretary of State will still publish rules in any code of Alabama laws whenever codes are published or in pocket supplements, but no longer in the Acts of Alabama.

Maintains existing requirements for the Clerk of the Supreme Court to certify rules to the Secretary of State and all other provisions regarding court rule administration.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
