• Establishes a replacement license fee for stolen, lost, or misplaced assisted living administrator licensing cards.

• Requires applicants for assisted living administrator licensure to pay an annual administrative fee determined by the board.

• Requires persons holding expired licenses to submit new applications following all new licensure procedures and pay a reapplication fee established by the board.

• Allows the board to discipline assisted living administrators who have entered pleas of nolo contendere, no contest, or guilty in cases involving lewd or lascivious acts, inappropriate sexual conduct, or crimes with potential imprisonment exceeding one year.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
