Property and casualty insurance policies and endorsements without personally identifiable information may be mailed, delivered, or posted on an insurer's website.

Policies posted on a website must remain easily accessible while the policy is in force, and insurers must archive expired policies for five years and make them available upon request.

Policies and endorsements must be posted in a format that allows insureds to print and save using widely available, free internet programs or applications.

Insurers must include on each declarations page the exact policy forms purchased, the method to request a free paper copy (within 30 days of request), and the internet address where policies are posted.

The act applies to policies issued or renewed after its effective date and becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
