• Extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County, Alabama to include two tracts of land totaling approximately 347.6 acres.

• Tract 1 (US Hwy 98 Annexation - East) adds 265.8 acres located in Sections 25, 26, and 35, Township 7 South, Range 4 East, with certain parcels excluded.

• Tract 2 (US HWY 98 Annexation - West) adds 81.8 acres located in Sections 26 and 27, Township 7 South, Range 4 East, with certain parcels excluded.

• A map of the proposed annexed territory is on file with the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and is available for public inspection.

• The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
