Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex Willow Lake Estates Phase I Division I and Division II as recorded in Instrument Numbers 2117B and 2217E in the Baldwin County Probate Office.

Excludes approximately 1.49 acres of common areas and drainage areas not located in existing right-of-ways, identified by specific parcel IDs including areas north of Lots 35, 19, 18, and 1, plus parcels designated as Willow Lake.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed and publicly available for inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or when otherwise becoming law.
