Increases the daily additional court costs assessed against persons incarcerated in Baldwin County jail from five dollars ($5) to up to twenty dollars ($20) per day, with the amount to be set by the sheriff.

Limits the total additional court costs imposed on any incarcerated person to not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Requires court costs to be assessed upon conviction, violation of probation, or order of commitment, with the sheriff notifying the appropriate court regularly for docket entry.

Directs all revenue from these fees to be credited monthly to a Law Enforcement Fund for the Sheriff of Baldwin County to use for office operations, equipment, jail operation, training, and law enforcement enhancements.

Requires the district attorney to assist in collecting unpaid fees in the same manner as other court-ordered monies and specifies that these revenues shall not reduce funding from other sources.
