Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Fairhope in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex additional territory.

Annexes Lot 1 of East Fairhope Plaza Subdivision (Tax Parcel ID 05-46-06-14-0-000-001.501) as shown on Slide 2416-F recorded in Baldwin County Probate office.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the Baldwin County Probate office and made available for public inspection in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law by other means.
