Amends Section 45-2-80.87 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to authorize additional court costs of up to $15 per case in Baldwin County circuit courts, district courts, and juvenile courts, excluding municipal courts.

Additional court costs apply to all civil cases, criminal cases, traffic cases, and small claims cases filed in Baldwin County courts.

Collected fees shall be deposited into the Baldwin County Law Library and Judicial Administration Fund to fund court employee salaries and continued court operations.

Extends the expiration date of the court costs from September 30, 2013 to September 30, 2015, after which the section shall be repealed.

Authorizes the presiding circuit court judge to adjust or eliminate the court costs based on state funding availability, and permits increases or decreases within the $15 maximum as deemed necessary.
