SB434 Summary

• Extends the corporate limits of the City of Florence in Lauderdale County to annex 65 acres of real property in the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 2, Range 10 West (except 15 acres off the North side).

• References property known as Lot 7 of Mathew Wilson's survey, which was conveyed and described in a deed dated March 15, 1937 and recorded in Book 266 at page 462 in the Lauderdale County Probate Office.

• Requires a map showing the annexation territory to be filed and made available for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Lauderdale County.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.

• Passed by the Senate on May 2, 2013 and by the House of Representatives on May 9, 2013.
