Amends Section 26-1-1 of the Alabama Code to prohibit courts from compelling any person to provide post-minority education support to individuals who have reached age 19 (the age of majority in Alabama).

Creates an exception allowing courts to order post-minority education support only when the child is mentally or physically disabled at age 19.

Applies the prohibition to all forms of education support after majority, including postsecondary education expenses, as well as cases where a person becomes self-sufficient or completes 12th grade before age 19.

Reverses precedent from the Alabama Supreme Court case Ex parte Bayliss, 550 So.2d 896 (Ala. 1989), which allowed courts to award post-minority education support for educational expenses.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
