Proposes constitutional amendment to Sections 6.17 and 6.18 of Amendment No. 581 establishing term limits and Senate confirmation requirements for Judicial Inquiry Commission and Court of the Judiciary members.

Requires all members of the Judicial Inquiry Commission to be subject to Senate confirmation, serve four-year terms, and be limited to two consecutive terms.

Requires all members of the Court of the Judiciary to be subject to Senate confirmation, serve four-year terms with staggered initial terms, and be limited to two consecutive terms.

Members currently serving who have already completed two or more consecutive terms at ratification are ineligible for reappointment; Court of the Judiciary members who have served four or more years as of January 1, 2014 are ineligible for reappointment.

Judicial members who vacate their judicial position are deemed to have resigned from the commission or court, requiring appointment of a replacement by the appropriate appointing authority.
