Renames J. F. Drake State Technical College, located in Huntsville, Alabama, to J. F. Drake State Community and Technical College.

Institution retains all existing powers, rights, privileges, obligations, liabilities, benefits, interests, and titles previously held under its former name.

All references to the institution in state constitution, laws, rules, and regulations by any former name shall be considered references to J. F. Drake State Community and Technical College.

No powers, authority, obligations, liabilities, or functions of the institution are affected or impaired by the name change.

Effective date: first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
