SR66 - Special Order Calendar

• Establishes a special order calendar for the twentieth legislative day of the session with priority over all other business matters.

• Includes introduction of two Senate Joint Resolutions: one by Senator Brewbaker recognizing rights of unborn child, and one by Senator Holtzclaw amending ACT 2011-350 regarding the Alabama Job Creation and Military Stability Commission.

• Places multiple bills on the calendar for consideration, including measures on fleet management, child safety in vehicles, farmers' market authority, elections, environmental planning, and athletic commission regulations.
